  • Turn on the headphones by long-pressing the power button. You will see a blue LED flashing as the voice guidance says “Power On”.

  • If this a fresh android device connecting, go to its Settings>Bluetooth>Turn On>Select WH-CH700N. It is successfully paired as the voice guidance say “Bluetooth connected”.


Note: If the last paired device is lying around with Bluetooth on, it will get automatically connected.

How To Connect Sony WH-CH700N To Mac?

As some users might find it a bit tricky while pairing with their Mac, here are some simple steps to follow.

  • Firstly, make sure your Mac device has Bluetooth functionality. If it’s there, turn on the Bluetooth by clicking on System Preferences>Bluetooth>Turn On.

  • Click the [Bluetooth] tab, then click the [Bluetooth] button to turn on the Bluetooth function. 

  • Select [WH-CH700N], then click [Pair].


Note: If a passkey  (*) is required on the display of the computer, input “0000.”

Once successfully connected, you will hear a voice guidance “BLUETOOTH connected”.


For Windows 8/8.1:

  • On your computer screen, select [Settings] from the Charm Bar.

  • Select [Change PC settings] of the [Settings] charm.

  • Select [Devices] of [PC settings]. Then select [Add a device].

  • Select [WH-CH700N] and wait for the pairing.

For Windows 7:

  • Click the [Start] button, then [Devices and Printers] and then click [Add a device].

How To Connect Sony WH-CH700N To PS4?

Turn on the pairing mode on your headphones which is indicated by voice guidance “ Power On” and a blue LED flashing rapidly.

Directly to PS4:

  • Go to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth Devices.

  • Select WH-CH700N and wait for the pairing. 


PS4 Controller:

  • Go to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth Devices.

  • Now select Devices > Audio Devices > Output Device > Headset Connected to Controller.


Via a USB adapter:

  • Go to Settings > Devices > Audio Devices > Output Device > USB Headset > Output to Headphones > All Audio.

Note: A successful pairing is indicated by the headphone’s voice guidance “ Bluetooth connected”.
