The time saved by not having to drive to the gym can be worth it; however, this way of exercising has a little downside. Have your kit near you

Keep your gym bag in your car fully stocked with your favorite active leggings, water bottle, and all the other things you’ll need for a full sweating session. Once you finish with your job for the day, it will be easier to just drive to the gym once you’re already geared up. You don’t have to waste time by going home to pack all the gym essentials. However, make sure to take out the sweaty clothes once you get home and put in new clean ones back. 

Get a gym buddy

If you find it hard to stick to a commitment, find a friend who’s a bit more easily motivated and go to the gym with them.
